These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Ocxly Craft website, standalone creative tools, and any related services (collectively, "Services"). By using our Services, you confirm you are at least 16 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Description of Services

Ocxly Craft provides:

• Visual identity and logo design services
• Digital art, illustration, and creative production
• 30+ standalone browser-based creative tools (colour, typography, image editing, CSS generation)
• Brand identity consulting and aesthetic systems

Our standalone tools run entirely in your browser. No account is required and no data is transmitted to our servers during tool use.

3. Use of Tools

Our browser-based creative tools are provided free of charge for personal and commercial use. You may:

• Use any output generated by our tools (palettes, gradients, images, code) for personal or commercial projects
• Share outputs and give credit to Ocxly Craft (appreciated but not required)

You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the tool source code without permission
• Use automated scripts to scrape or abuse our services
• Represent our tools as your own product

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Ocxly Craft website — including design, text, graphics, logos, and tool interfaces — is owned by Ocxly Craft or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Work we produce for you as part of a commissioned project becomes your property upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless you request confidentiality.

5. Client Work and Commissions

For commissioned design work:

• A scope of work and pricing will be agreed in writing before work begins
• Payment terms are as specified in your individual agreement
• Revisions are limited to those specified in your project agreement
• Final files are delivered upon receipt of full payment
• Rush fees may apply for turnaround times under 48 hours

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that our tools will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every use case.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ocxly Craft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use our Services to:

• Create content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or infringing
• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt our Services
